Car "konked out" and towed to HSA. Complete diagnostics and test drives done next day and showed nothing wrong (maybe the car just didn't like the hot, humid, weather?). Was advised if the same problems, or one of the problems should occur again to bring the car in as soon as possible. As usual, am impressed by the professionalism of HSA!

Replaced Transmission under manufacturer warranty. Repaired oil leaks (oil pan both upper and lower). Replace a exhaust pipe hanger.

Just got my jeep wrangler back, (down 2 vehicles) even though I use to work at HSA, I'm not gonna be bias. dropped off Saturday 2/21/26. was told I'd have back by Tuesday 2/24/26. got notified 2/23/26 there was another problem other then my EGR valve. gave permission to fix, low and behold I still got it back on Tuesday 2/24/26 as promised and delivered to my new job 8 hrs before I would have been able to pick it up from start to finish a great experience. Dave, Ken, Johnathan, Nick, Jacob, Tim, Chris, Josh and Rachel. the WHOLE HSA team did what they said would happen and it was great to see them again 10 Stars **********

Because my car is still under the dealership warranty, I had to take it back there for the final repair. Otherwise I would have trusted Higher Standards completely to get it done. That says a lot because I would much rather deal with Higher Standards than drive two hours to the dealership. If you are looking for a mechanic who is thorough, knowledgeable, and truly puts the customer first this is the place.
